Every (American) Tuesday evening, I host an Open Democracy Discussion, and you’re invited!
Open Democracy Discussion is a virtual call where anyone anywhere can come and ask questions about voting method reform, democratic mechanics, and voting science and receive live, personalized answers from folks who are active in the space. It’s intentionally unstructured and meant first and foremost as a resource for people who want to learn.
Open Democracy Discussion starts at 8:00 PM ET/5:00 PM PT every Tuesday.
I usually commit to staying on for at least 2 hours, but we often go longer. There’s no harm in clicking the button above to see if we're still going!
Who am I?
My name is Sass. I’m currently the Digital Organizer for the Respect Voters Coalition and formerly held the following leadership positions: Vice President for the Equal Vote Coalition, Executive Advisory Committee member for the Center for Election Science, and board director for Sortition USA (formerly Democracy Without Elections). I also have connections and associations with many other democracy-focused organizations like Utah Approves, Election By Jury, California Approves, electowiki, Better Choices for Democracy, and more. You’ll be sure to get some good answers!
